How to Return Your Order

Sale Items

Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer cash refunds for returned items. Instead, we provide E-vouchers for any returned or exchanged full-price merchandise.

Exchange Policy

Eligible items may be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs in both directions.
  • Company’s Right to Refuse: Upon receiving the returned items, Tulip Threads reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the required standards. The decision of the company will be final.
  • Eligible Merchandise: Full-priced items in their original condition, with all tags attached, are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Eligible Merchandise: Sale items, as well as any merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed, cannot be exchanged at any time.
  • Online Purchases: Exchanges for online purchases will incur a Rs. 300 shipping charge per parcel.

Local Complaints

If there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, we will exchange the affected product(s). To initiate this process, reach us via WhatsApp at +92-3305414102 within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a pickup from the address provided when you placed the order.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed by contacting our Customer Service Team. If the order has already been processed, you will be notified via SMS or email, and our Return and Exchange Policy will then apply.

Tulip Threads reserves the right to cancel orders for a variety of reasons, including concerns related to product quality, suspicious account activity, or the unavailability of the item.
